Cancellation Policy

The credit card used to hold your reservation guarantees we will hold your room reservation the entire night of the arrival date.  You have untill 4pm the day before your arrival date to cancel your reservation at no charge.  If your room is not cancelled by 4PM and you do not show up the credit card used to guarantee the reservation will be charged the first room night as a Guarantee No Show.
